Bradley Newman provides estate and elder law services for his clients which range from young adults to the elderly, and the disabled. He helps his clients take control of their legal affairs so they may achieve the best results possible given their legal, financial, physical and emotional needs and family dynamics. Bradley’s focus is always on his clients as he invests time to listen to them and carry out the best plan of action and develop the soundest legal strategies to meet their wants and needs. When engaged in litigation matters, Bradley is a zealous advocate for his clients to ensure justice is served and their matters are successfully handled.

Cheree Nowlin Birch, Paralegal

Ms. Birch is a paralegal at the Estate and Elder Law Office of Bradley Newman. She attended Lexington High School in Lexington, Virginia and Howard University, Washington, D.C. Ms. Birch was employed as a Collateral Technician by PNB Bank (now Wells Fargo) for nine years. In 1999, Ms. Birch began her career in legal administration. She received her paralegal certification from Pennsylvania State University in 2003.
